What We Treat
Obstetricians are physicians who specialize in delivering babies while also caring for you during and after your pregnancy. When you are ready to become pregnant, our board-certified obstetricians are ready to help you embark on that pregnancy journey. We recommend reaching out to your local obstetrics department as soon as you know you're pregnant to schedule your first prenatal appointments. Your obstetrics team will walk you through all the screenings, exams, and diagnostic testing that you will need throughout your pregnancy, to ensure that you and your baby are safe and well cared for.
Carle Health also offers birthing services at four of its hospitals to allow you to choose the location that is right for you and your birth experience. Carle BroMenn Medical Center, Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Foundation Hospital, and Carle Richland Memorial Hospital are all state-of-the-art facilities, fully equipped to deliver your baby and care for you through the entire process.
