How will the software conversion impact my prescriptions and refills?
Your prescription numbers will change with the new software, but you will not lose any refills or prescriptions that are on file for you.

How can I fill prescriptions at CarleRx Pharmacy with the new software?
You can fill prescriptions in person, by telephone, or via MyCarle or the MyChart app.

I am not enrolled in MyCarle. How can I fill my prescriptions at CarleRx Pharmacy after the software conversion?
You will still be able to fill your prescriptions by phone or in-person.

Will the CarleRx Pharmacies be linked after software conversion?
Yes! CarleRx Pharmacy locations will now be linked through the new software. This means that you can easily fill a prescription on file at another CarleRx Pharmacy location without needing to go through the standard prescription transfer process. Limitations exist for controlled substances. See a CarleRx staff member with specific questions.

I do not see a Carle provider. Can I still refill my prescriptions online through MyCarle or via the MyChart app?
Yes. Please follow the link below for instructions on how to enroll in MyCarle. You will still be able to refill prescriptions by phone or in person.

CarleRx is a full-service pharmacy open late seven days a week to accommodate you and your family’s needs. You can fill your prescriptions with CarleRx via telephone, in person or on the MyCarle app. You can also have your provider send the prescription directly to us via phone, fax or electronic script. CarleRx accepts most insurance plans.
