Carle Health offers multiple walk-in care options throughout all our communities.
- Convenient Care, Convenient Care Plus or Express Care - These services are available when you need care for non-life-threatening illness or injury, and you need are now. In the Greater Peoria region, Express Care or First Care locations allow you to see a medical provider without requiring an appointment. In our other regions, Convenient Care and Convenient Care Plus walk-in services are available by walking in or online appointment scheduling for when you need care now. Wait times will vary by location, and patients are seen by medical priority.
- First Care - This service provides convenient and affordable care for illnesses or injuries that aren’t life-threatening. Patients can also establish with our First Care providers. This gives you the convenience of walk-in care or an appointment with your provider.
- Virtual Health - State of the art audio and video technologies that allow you to connect with a provider wherever you are, whenever you need us. With multiple locations across Illinois, we know that sometimes traveling to see to one of our locations isn't always possible. Virtual health can bridge these gaps and connect you to the care you need in a safe and secure manner.
- Emergency Care - If you believe your life (or someone else's) is in danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Our hospital emergency departments provide high-quality care for serious injuries and health issues, such as heart attack, stroke, high fevers, and motor vehicle injuries.
